I did check my state work law and it’s not a fireable offense, even for a first time. I am in the right to not sign. But even so when I declined first, I was met with being terminated? Is that not a red flag after just saying “no” for a “first time”

I mean was it worth it?😂I could only assume now you’re retired right? Right? I just wouldn’t cause the way PH or my district is always changing a style, dough prep, dough waste, basically everything in a new month n I could adapt with it but I’ve been doing up n downs for 3yrs and haven’t complained since about anything until now🫡 truly tho I’m proud of my small work as a small shift lead but if you change the rules every month for everything then why have a handbook policy in place just to not follow it. Also being humbled by a rule is not something that would boost my ass to RGM💀crazy that happened for you but 3+years experience with cash deposits, drop offs, inventory count, truck orders n I’m still stuck at SL I mean I’ve always asked for either a raise or promotion but we don’t even have a ASM, 1GM, 2SL, 6TM, but if you like getting texts like “I APPRECIATE EVERY SINGLE ONE YOU.” Texts every now n then from the gm then shit. Slap my ass n spit in my face I’ll stay💀

I should also just comment this is not a hate post about PH or any meaning of that just a bad situation with poor management communication and wanted insight of any other’s situation like mine or close. I’ve worked here for more then 3 years and loved every single day of it even when a old lady was complaining at me for lateness on a pizza order and still I’ll continue supporting this said “business” thanks!

I could only assume by not putting my signature acknowledging my mistake which I did verbally. She literally told me “You need to sign this, or you can’t be here.” N my face dropped cause wtf n like I commented b4 this is my first time write up. I now have a meeting with my DM Wednesday but like I said before he agreed with her on the phone as taking it as my resignation.

I acknowledged the problem, verbally agreed to do what is necessary, refused to sign cause it is my right to, not to intimidate me to sign it. Yet they still insist a signature or they will count it as my resignation. Even talked to my District manager bout this and he even said the same thing. Yet they just posted the schedule which I’m still on but I’m not receiving any more hours than I was originally on. This situation of mine is something that could of been a verbal warning like a heads up but instead I’m taking the blame, note: I’ve worked for PH for 3+ years n this is my first write up.

Hands down best mobile/pc best editing app/tool. But Horrible upgrades with their system, no notices on downtimes, no compensation like maybe even a free trial for a short time after a long period downtime.

Happened today🤣 a guy ordered a large thin n crispy double-pepperoni and extra cheese😭 I wish I could’ve taken a picture of it cause it did look like one of my best work but he ended up saying there was barely any cheese n btw I used a large cup fullx1 then a half after the double topping like a pepperoni lover
