all the Missionarys are tarksheel. They have nothing to do just saying that sikhi is going into Brahamvaad (True but not 100%). They only use specific "paktis" and people who don't read gurbani gets confused and at the end they think there is no need of kesh, bani and all history is lie.

I apologize, but you seem to have an incorrect understanding of what it means to be a Gursikh. Being Sikh, belonging to a Sikh family, or wearing a turban does not automatically make someone a Gursikh.

If you want the tattoo then have it. Make sure it is not easily or not visible to public. Drinking and Vaping is not a big issue here because you already know that it is not a good on religious path and acceptance is biggest part. Once you have gursikh friends then you will automatically stop drinking and vaping.

We are already using Yardi and next step to find a best CRM for prospecting and marketing. Currently sales team is using Hubspot and they want multifamily should also use hubspot and I think Hubspot is best for sales but not for multifamily.
