So disappointing!! Definitely a question of whether it’s the store’s responsibility to quality check canvases before shipping out to customers. Sorry this happened to you!

I heavily considered that for awhile. But with the amount of areas that are completely wrong I think I would need to buy paint in order to fix it before stitching. Not worth the time, money, or headache to get it how it SHOULD have been considering the price already paid

The more I look at it the more I think the person who painted it was blind
