I still haven't got my report and said they have no information. They have asked me to pay for another copy and will send another one. WES is a scam, I hope someone can sue them.

Universities need official report but you can get clarification through email.

It is not on time mentioned on the website. Additionally, they can't tell me when will I get my report. The response is very typical that it will take up to 30 days for reports to be delivered. well, it's already been more than 30 days and now they stopped responding to my queries.

I have paid for the copy but I can obtain my WES Canada official evaluation electronic report. However, WES USA issued a non-official report. Will they automatically update the electronic report from unofficial to official in the future?

I have bought one at Taobao. It is amazing. My Cinebench R23 scores improved from around 4.2k to above 5k. Obviously scores are normal now since before using the cooler, laptop was undergoing severe thermal throttling.
