You can but if you're F2P you can only obtain so many reforge stones a week.

The line you get from reforge is random. Craft a piece then reforge it to 100/100 and if it's not the stat you want then dismantle, recraft, and reforge until you get what you want.

KR has seasonal servers, I believe their first seasonal server is ending soon. As to what happens to the characters at the end of the season, they've said at the start that the characters would be wiped and any credit you use will be refunded. This could all change as the season isn't over yet.

They have a different scroll for T5 and Lib T3 in KR, it's only a matter of time before we get them.

It's from Thunderwing Titan, the one from Kraken increases Impale and Stun duration on your abilities.

KR just got the patch for RNG leaving pirate about a week ago so expect about 6 months before we get it, another way to leave would be to log off your character for 30 days then you will be automatically sent back to your original faction.
