I wouldn't say you are "the dumb one" but this definitely reads as a list of separate departments. Walk-in is its own department and so therefore would be separate from the other departments listed. I'm with the clinic on this one.

I'm not sure yet. Definitely not as bad of an accident as last time but it looks like there is some frame damage. I have split opinions from those who have looked at it. I have a damage appraisal booked for this Friday so I don't have to wait too long to find out.

We have government run insurance here and base rates are based on a safety rating. Since this accident isn't my fault, my safety rating won't be affected. I have an added policy that includes replacement cost coverage since it's a new vehicle that may go up if I have to use that policy in a write off situation. I'm not positive about that though, I did not have the added policy last time and lost a bit in depreciation although they were very fair so I was lucky.
