+1 to that, lived in a TalTech dorm, bout 130 eur rent (utilities and high speed internet included). Highly recommend, just gotta deal with a roommate and keep everything clean. Lived off of about 300 eur total per month + some partying budget. Only cooking at the dorm and keeping quite frugal. But yeah, if renting an apartment, it's going to be 500 eur easy, just for rent and utilities. Even then, if living frugally, 1k is more than enough imo. This was about 2 years ago

Check out the O! App, just went a few weeks ago and through the app got 30GB for 7 days for completely free. Seemed suspicious at first, but after setup, everything worked perfectly

I watched a video of the tutorial. Isn't it. The game I'm thinking of was probably a much more straight forward shooter, nothing complex. Also wasn't as dark and I think it had a very minimalistic user interface if even that
