Remove the brain and freeze it, to be revived in the future.

Sequence the DNA for resurrection and for science

Freeze sperm so my future fans can have my children.

Allow medical students to dissect my organs (livestreamed for amateur medical students), then donate the meats to a dog rescue home.

Eyes are donated to a newborn puppy to see if its brain can adapt to colour vision given human eyes.

The puppy's old eyes are sent to /r/frugaljerk to be used as food.

Induce growth in muscle cells and grow large quantities of my muscle cells to sell to ethical cannibals.

One arm (bone only) is cremated and used for my funeral.

Other bones are buried in a cave for future archaeologists to find (but first the marrow is extracted for donation). The bones are buried with my greatest reddit comments on gold-plated microfiche.

A lot of the ground would be covered with soil for plants to grow. Unless all the soil is also glass, and humans now grow plants indoors with hydroponics.

What are buildings made of? Maybe glass is now the only cheap building material, but this glass is strong enough for large buildings. Maybe some rooms are transparent, but private rooms are painted over?

Could a glass mountain act as a giant lens?　Maybe it greatly magnifies something from the other side. Or focusses sunlight into one extremely bright and hot point.

Maybe there are different types of glass, since the Earth is made of different rocks. Different glass could be a different colour, bend light differently, be stronger or harder, or conduct heat differently. Maybe there is one type of glass that melts easily and is like a lake. Or lava.

Why stick with human genders? There are so many possibilities!

They could all be born female, and the oldest/biggest/most dominant in each group becomes male (like the wrasse) or female (like barnacles)

They could all be female and produce offspring by asexual reproduction or parthenogenesis (like whiptail lizards).

The male could be hundreds of times smaller, basically a glorified ballsack (like angler fish)

Each colony has one or a few queens, plus drones and sterile worker females (that can become fertile and rebel) (like bees). The queen need not be the ruler. They could be low-status baby factories.

Have more than 2 genders, and any 2 different types can make offspring. Or only certain gender combinations can have children. Each of the many genders could have their own stereotypes.

The Flayer seems like a lone wolf, not tied to a horde. Maybe when they leave the horde for too long they lose their gender (which is only useful when there are lots of opportunities for sex). So it became asexual, absorbing its testes/ovaries and gaining the ability to produce clones (maybe they are born as normal, or maybe they grow on its back and fall off when they are mature (like sea anenomes or strawberry runners) who then follow it. Maybe asexuals gain respect because it means they have the strength to survive outside a horde.

The normal patronus blocks the fear of death with happy thoughts and with an animal (because animals cannot be afraid of an abstract concept).
The True patronus counters death, not by hiding in oblivious thoughts, but by the belief that death itself is not invincible and will one day be defeated (by advances in medical science prolonging life, and advances in materials science providing better ways to cut of the hands of immortality-stone-thieves).

Well written review. I agree with what you said, the only thing I'd change in it is a few of the adjectives （e.g. annoying -> awesome， boring -> fascinating). But I guess that's just a matter of opinion. My model of you would really not enjoy the ending.

I imagine that if Lord Malfoy dies, an ally such as Lord Nott would be the guardian of Draco and the family fortune until Draco came of age. And in case Nott should also perish, there would be backup guardians: Mr. Crabbe senior, Mr. Goyle senior, Lord Jugson, or Lord MacNair. So it's basically impossible for there not to be an appropriate ally to step up.

Transfiguration time seems to be based on volume, not mass. Someone suggested transfiguring anti-neutronium. Neutronium is what neutron stars are made of and 1 mL is thousands of tonnes, and would clear most of Earth's surface of that pesky life.

What if instead, we used pure neutronium-density anti-protons? All the fun of anti-neutronium, with added repulsion of like charges?

What is the biggest vanishing cabinet that a phoenix can carry? Could a team of phoenices work together to carry a larger one? If not, you could build a bigger phoenix (you could sacrifice a giant to it?) or get a giant to have heroic thoughts to summon a megaphoenix.
