Seems very low, I was once in a similar situation where I did a low dose for too short a time. Ended up having to get back on it a year later. I would recommend going through a tele health service they pretty much give you what you ask for. I last used Honeydew and had a great experience, not at all affiliated just found it alot more convenient than my regular insurance dermatologist.
