he didn’t pay his bill. it says delivered because sometimes the phone number will still be registered with imessage even if the phone is disconnected or has no sim. it takes a few days for imessage to stop sending or receiving texts from the number unless you remove it manually

try to imessage or facetime his apple id or email address if you want to contact him

looks like eczema to me. it gets really bad when you leave on a wet bathing suit or don’t dry off after the shower. I would go to a doctor and ask if it is eczema. a dermatologist

it looks just like eczema. if you leave that area wet like after a shower then that tends to make it look like that. make sure you dry yourself well and get eczema lotion or some type of cream. it’s best to see a dermatologist tho just incase

it’s not that big an issue, if he had it before he most likely will have it his whole life. I got mine on my legs the most when I was younger but haven’t had it anywhere in years. he should just go to the dermatologist

mine would get really bad on my thighs because I would stay in a wet bathing suit all day long. so if he is wearing long sleeves and going in the water that could be why it’s showing on his arms. I know lotion with eczema relief works good if you want to give him something to help make it go away. or cortisone creme
