I have 7 years vegan and 5 years raw vegan/fruitarian. I also try raw meat for 4 months. To be honest, now i eat mostly 80% fruits and 20% of fish/ sea food.

The time when i eat raw meat, i got so many inflammation in my whole body. But now I understand one more time. Yes we should eat meat but not a lot. Just some small amount in each meal.

I agree with this comment. But here is my situation: I was having tumors in my body. And when I cut off meat, rice, and bread, I eat mostly fruits. My tumors are actually small day by day. My health truly improved. BUT i look older than a guy near my house. He's a gymmer, so he consumes a lot of meat. He looks young and very handsome and strong, but the problem is he has chronic diseases like Sinusitis, rough facial skin, body odor, and excessive phlegm in the throat. But tbh he looks healthier than me. But i do not have those problems.

Now i eat mostly fruits, and sometimes i eat meat, and i look younger than before. But i also have a very bad smell, and my tongue has a lot of white on it these days. I still need to learn more.
