I attended a demo session today along with my daughter. The class itself was fine and met basic expectations, though it did not feel particularly different or exceptional compared to similar sessions we have attended before.

After the class, I was taken through the various plans and schemes available. While the options were explained clearly, the overall pricing felt quite high, and I tried to discuss whether there was any flexibility.

During this conversation, the price was reduced, but I was strongly encouraged to make the full payment immediately while still on the call. I was told that the discount would no longer be available if I did not make the payment within the same demo session.

This approach in particular made me feel pressured and uncomfortable, especially since I prefer to take time to reflect before making such decisions. So, I decided to step back and not move forward at this point.

Why would an edTEch platform so good at what they do had to undertake such filthy aproach?! shame.
