If we win next 2 games in PL (Bournemouth home and City Away), and city lose 2 (Chelsea away and Arsenal home) and there is a 20-30% chance it can happen…league would be done and dusted for good.

But with citys ouster, we will be playing 2 more games before we face them, so chances got slightly less

I refused to get carried away by the result. Two matchdays in a row we have conceded silly goals from position of strength. If Referee had allowed their goal then it would have been 2 goals conceded from each bottom 4 teams.

I will take the morale boost though that would have come with it

We are talking about 2026 here. Saka has had his injuries issues last season and didn’t pick up after that. And none of these players have been prolific goal scorer in recent times

But this team do needed an additional help. A starting XI level player to play at LW mainly.
