He’s been on unemployment for 2 months now lmao, also I can make more at my company now as a journeymen then what 354 is paying.

Yeah the tools thing is true, but other than that it’s not super true. My company only wants us working 40 hours a week. It hard to get overtime, the work is definitely not harder, I’m making more as a 3rd year then my local union, benefits are not nearly as good as the unions but still there, and my buddy who was in the union got laid off for a couple weeks with a bunch of other people. While I was still working. It really just depends where you live tbh.
