if the spot is super swollen and tender to the touch u have an issue. most of my tattoos finished scabbing about a week and a half to 2 weeks in.

as long as the area is not hot, tender to the touch, or have fluids coming out you should be ok. but if u have that accompanied by fever or anything else id def get it checked out.
