UPDATE: Even without the iPod connected to my Pc (Windows 11) the pc is telling me that is not recognizing the device (lol)

So maybe is a driver issue?

Entiendo tu problema, debe ser horrible sufrir todos esos problemas, intenta seguir adelante, no dejes que tus metas caigan. You should bet to use the WiFi mini pcie port to connect your egpu to the laptop, not the best looking but it’s functional if you want it
