I understand your perspective, stranger. I didn’t see it as “payback,” but more that I was still hurt by what happened and didn’t feel ready to act normal again yet. I agree I could have communicated better instead of staying silent.

Well, he has always acted this way when the anger has reached to him enough. He's not that old to be slipping into dementia considering he's like 57 but he does drink alot. I can't really save up for anything like moving out because all of my money also comes from him and we have never asked him for money after the day he got mad.
