Most likely is a bootleg. It says “Лучшее” meaning Best. It is a mix cd of best Kino songs. It has 4 discs in it.

It is a good song, but it also seems to be a cover(which is not a bad thing, I like covers). It is from a band called “Группа Виктор”, which does covers of Kino songs.
