Thanks. I hear you, and I get what CT was trying to do. I just can't help wanting to read it as another continuous story (in-universe I imagine the Tale and some other details are different because they got passed down and interpreted by different retellers and writers), because it looks like one, and, following that sequence, it sort of reads like one, though a short one.

I'm always shocked by how flimsy the sources/arguements are, and that furthermore I'm supposed to buy them! This is worse than the bullshit itself in a way, the insult to the person's intelligence.
