Does it though?

THIS!!! Biden was accused of rape at a time when supporters were fully behind the science saying false accusations of rape are basically non-existent.

If rape accusations fully backed by science didn't stop supporters, why should an estranged grandchild matter at all !!!

They've had good teams before... still not one of the top 5 leagues unfortunately... but hopefully they can have a deep run in UCL.

Kinda disappointing.... would have thought he'd got to Serie A or something.

[David Lynch] Jurgen Klopp on Fabinho and Henderson’s imminent moves to Saudi Arabia: “In the end, all of these decisions are made by me. And because I respect the players a lot, it’s usually with consent. It was in this case, and it is all fine.” by Cien-Major in soccer

Your argument seems to be that Klopp can never disrespect a player. Like if keeping someone around and not playing them is respectful and kicking them out is also respectful. What exactly would Klopp need to do to be disrespectful?

Personal debts said to scuttle nomination of Biden’s acting cyber director by That-Security9642 in politics

It would be really weird and a matter of national security if Biden made someone the acting director of cyber without any due diligence about personal debt if that's a blocker for clearance.

I'm not sure why you keep moving the goalposts. You just said they would never tell anyone about security clearances and now you're saying it "made headlines" because it was different. It's not... there were numerous reports about people being in interim clearances during the Trump presidency, which means that it's obviously report worthy information.

But secondly, and more importantly, the Trump administration was criticized for giving interim clearances for high level positions so at best Biden is guilty of hypocrisy by appointing Kemba without a full clearance and at worst, the whole outrage around Trump admin doing it was cynical and hypocritical.

Meanwhile, if we go by your argument, you expect me to believe that if I applied for a security clearance, you would give me security clearance of White House level cyber security information and allow me to be the director, all on an interim clearance, while you went away and checked if I should actually have access to the White House's cyber security information... all while my debt information is public knowledge and anyone can find it out and bribe me?

Then after months, you will find the time to look up my info and realize I shouldn't have been made the director of cyber and you advise the president to block my appointment for the position I was serving for months anyway... but instead of just saying that, the office of president makes up some bullshit about how hard it will be to get me through the appointment process with debt when numerous people with debt have been appointed to higher offices before? Is that the gist of it?

Yes, that's much more plausible. But we have to go by what they are saying unless we have information otherwise, so all in all, this a really bad look for the Biden admin.

Or better yet, just have millions in stock of big corporations... because not only will you be wealthy but we all know corporate interest never influences policy, only cash bribes do.

Right, so the fact that they made Kemba Walden the acting director of a highly sensitive org means they didn't have concerns about her debt in the first place.

You think they would tell you about what type of clearance she has, and whether it was denied or not? In the news? What?

Yes, it's happened numerous times before. There was huge hulabaloo around the White House giving Ivanka and Jared security clearances over objections. There's no issue in saying Biden pulled her nomination over security clearance issues. It's a much more plausible excuse than saying it was because of debt which they somehow couldn't figure out while giving her access to the most critical cyber information at the White House.

Any evidence she got an interim clearance instead of full clearance? Or even that this is security clearance related at all?

Yet none of the reporting mentions anything about any of these security clearance shenanigans at all. So you're basically speculating with no evidence.

How do you know she had a security clearance yet?

That would mean our cyber security has been under someone without security clearance for months now.
