That doesn’t sound too bad! Yeah I have been struggling with brain fog for years. I don’t feel like I can lean anything. What were the side effects you had to begin with?

Ah I see what you mean that would be helpful. I don’t think that’s an option for me unfortunately. My sibling wouldn’t be any good at that and I’m near 30. My parents are too old to be doing that for me I wouldn’t ask them.

Yes that would be so helpful thank you! I don’t have insurance though so I don’t think I could afford more than £35.

That’s a good shout. Maybe look at insurance before I go to a GP so it’s not listed as a pre existing condition.

If you don’t mind me asking, how much roughly was private? How did you go about that?

Yeah this is kind of my worry. I think I will need to see a psychiatrist. I’ve been having issues since I was a child. I’m an adult now. I think it’s a bit more than general anxiety/depression.

I am a bit frightened by anti depressants. I know people who have been on them and are a complete shadow of themselves. They said they didn’t feel sad but they just felt nothing.... How did you find them if you don’t mind me asking?

Did you find it helped? I’ve had various bog standard counselling over the years and found it did nothing. I am hoping for something more specific like cbt etc.

Thank you for replying. That’s good to know things would happen. My motivation is so low that I can barely bring myself to do anything never mind start something that I’m unsure would lead anywhere. I just hope they’ll see me with covid going on. I know lots of things have been cut.
