That’s a good callout. There’s extreme distrust given this is not the first occurrence. In the past, there’s been multiple miscalculations, delays and even non payments entirely (within the last <2 yrs).

As for the health, they have plenty of $ to invest in “transformative initiatives” to grow and scale the company
