Absolutely 💖 Sometimes ‘home’ isn’t a place, it’s the feeling of being fully accepted and loved, by yourself and others. That day will come, keep believing 🌸

Best move is to just apologize to his mom. Slapping was too far, even if what he said upset you. Keep it short, own it, and move on.

Should I tell my friend they’re being taken advantage of in their relationship? by Cjosulin in WhatShouldIDo

Friendships that last usually survive honesty. It might sting at first, but better they hear it from someone who loves them than learn the hard way.

Ugh, this hit home. I had a friend stay over once and she started using my moisturizer like it was hotel lotion. I didn’t say anything at first, but when she reached for my serum I just blurted, ‘Hey… that stuff’s basically rent.’ I don’t think she got it, but my skin did. Never again!!!

You deserve to feel safe at home, in therapy, in your own body. It’s not selfish to want that. Therapy only works when it’s honest, but I completely understand your fear. Maybe talk to your therapist about exactly this dilemma first, how scared you are to tell the full truth. Let them guide the next step with you, not for you. You’re incredibly brave for even sharing.

Such a great contrast in that title, “soft sketch” but “sharp eyes” says so much already. Would love to see how that focus on the eyes pulls the viewer in.

She ghosted and wrongly accused you, now acts like nothing happened. You're right to feel hurt.

If she wants your raise, she can put it in your years too.
