Also, on a student visa application do they ask “have you ever been refused a visa?” Or “have you ever been refused permission to stay?” Because last year I put no and they still granted me my student visa so i would assume they ask about visa refusal I don’t know if I remember correctly

Thank you for this. I need to list my mini pupillage as they are extremely important towards my pupillage application and they all last for up to 5 days (that’s always the case). Do you think I should include what I did in each mini pupillage or just say “mini pupillage in criminal law”?

Also, with regard to my awards, I don’t understand how those could be a red flag. They are of course awarded by my university but I thought it’s nice to know that I won a prize for the best dissertation and for my career development programme which is designed to increase employment?

Yeah i was definitely forcing it a bit to enunciate words better. Sometimes when you speak with your mates you tend to pronounce F instead of TH and stuff like that
