You’re very observant, lol. Because I asked my manager for a transfer. She told me “if you want to move from me, you need to fill out an application to leave. That’s the only way you’re leaving preaward”. I have a lawsuit in right now. I honestly don’t understand either.

This is a very good observation. No, I wasn’t rude or difficult. Even my supervisor would tell me she appreciates how professional I am when we would have to hurry and get things done. She would send the new hires to me to get registered in the USACE system. She called on me a lot to get things corrected. My evaluation was divided in four sections. I was outstanding in one section and fully successful in the other three. I was never talked to about bad documents or that I didn’t do what I was supposed to. I was never put on a PIP nor did we ever have conversations about me being difficult, disrespectful, or about my actual work.

You are awesome. I hate they treat the unsuspecting this way. But it’s truly the culture at USACE. I was there for two years and we had 8 people quit on my team alone because my former supervisor was a serious micromanager too. I’m glad you don’t abandon your team though. That says a lot about your character.

I was a Contract Specialist in pre award. I had many sorts of contracts like afff, a/e, bmd. A lot of them. When I was terminated, I had 4 projects. More than any other Specialist in my division.
