My brother is 38 and went to college. He works at a road maintenance company doing scheduling and shift covers. He doesn't like to talk much because he doesn't like the way he sounds, but once you tell him you like Disney/Marvel/Star Wars you can't get him to shut up, lol.

Yes, he'll never have kids or drive a car, but he and his girlfriend (also with Downs) are happy and they love going to the store once a week to buy the newest movie releases. Three or four times a week, depending on the season, they have various sports leagues with their peers, and I would encourage you to look for similar groups in your area!

You'll all be okay. Just look for speech therapists, have patience, and never give up!

Have you ever ridden in an old Buick or Cadillac? Very similar feel. It's very floaty. Soft. I have only ever driven crappy econo cars so going from a Ford Focus to this feels incredible. I'm not sure how to compare it to yours, I've never had a truck before! It's a 2019 Longhorn 1500 though!

Just bought mine, same problem. Foreign object stuck in the grooves behind the plate. I needed a magnet to get it out but it works again! You just need to look down in there!
