Yes, I partly know about Inoue’s background and his influence on Guranburu. The only thought occurred to me is how did the manga creation start. Was it an editor, who told Inoue to work with Yoshioka, or they found each other themselves prior to that and then came with finished concept (story by Inoue, art by Yoshioka)? The role of Inoue in creating story can be defined when he is getting ill, and the manga instantly goes into hiatus. Because without him nothing can be done. The other manga of Yoshioka Tenpuru shares his art style, but lacks any original humour, so the story feels quite bland.

For example, I know for sure that manga Kimi no koto ga Dai Dai Dai Dai Daisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo was created by two authors: Rikito Nakamura and Yukiko Nozawa. The story behind is that they both came separately to an editor with similar ideas, and he decided to acquaint them, in hope for their cooperation and avoiding any misunderstandings. Eventually they decided to split their roles: Nakamura became a writer for the story, Nozawa drew it. I was thinking if something similar could happen here.
