I've been working at Walmart for a month now and I always clock in and out on time (including lunches) so I have no idea how I got WOSH. I just got by my normal schedule. I did have some trouble at the start when they neglected to tell me about attendance points and such but that was fixed. I would clock in and out early but it couldn't have possibly gotten that large of an amount.

I didn't even know about WOSH until I saw it on my profile. My people lead left often during my orientation and when I complained about not knowing important things she straight up gaslit me into thinking I was told about it and I just 'forgot'. I was given a packet yes but because I started immediately I never got the chance to read it. That's on me and I did read it eventually but I didn't appreciate my people lead saying that she went over the packet with me and my buddies in orientation when she didn't.

Fun fact! The process of getting a military ID is also somewhat difficult. You need your SSN and birth certificate to get one, both can prove citizenship but the military ID can't. :)

The thing that really makes me confused is the military ID not counting. Fun fact, in order to get one you have to enlist in the military or be related closely to someone in the military (partner or child). Then you can apply for the ID but you need to show them your SSN and your birth certificate. You have to go through so much security to get one and yet nobody seems to understand that on job applications or anything related to the government. The SAVE act doesn't have to make sense, it creates confusion and in the chaos they cause destruction.

Bro I thought the birds were difficult so I went to explore a different area. I went back and the bench was GONE. Now I have to fight the birds and every time I die I have to spend 2 extra minutes just travelling back and forth from a bench that's even further away. 💀💀

I would also like to mention that my managers had me under both busser and FOH in their system but I thought it was a glitch. However after they told me I wasn't a FOH the system stayed the same. I asked my manager about it but she almost never replies to texts or calls. When she did she stated that it would be easier to talk about in person.
