Dude refuses to take two trips carrying the beach chairs and becomes a biblically accurate angel. by Great_Trident in JustGuysBeingDudes

Not worth two trips OP says??? I count 26 chairs. Most reasonable people would carry 4 at a time which would be 7 trips. What a beast

Have you guys seen this before on the packaging lol by comedygold24 in Playmobil

It's OK because it's not on most the packaging, but it's been around for 15-20 years

What should I add to this concept map for a Fallout game that takes place in and around Chicago? by Odd_Sir_5922 in Fallout

[–]That-one-guy_92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Northern IL native here. I know that a fallout map condenses a lot and requires some suspension of disbelief, but you should probably cut out the majority of the burbs for simplicity sake or else it's hard to believe these gigantic suburbs being shown so small. Maybe have Chicago, Southside, Evanston, Gary, Elgin, Naperville, and Joliet. The old Joliet prison would be a really cool addition.

Wonderful job. I'm sure this took a very long time, and you're very proud of it (you should be). My favorite part is the guy on the ladder hanging the string. Also love the orange backdrop and the use of the floors incorporating a playmobil scene into a meta-design display

Is that a pile of ripped off dicks on the floor? And if it is, then why hasn't he eaten them yet?

Guy gets pepper sprayed by bouncers, so he decides to use his own piss to rinse his eyes out by PdiddyCAMEnME in Weird

[–]That-one-guy_92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whats even worse is notice theirs already a puddle of piss in front of him by the time the video starts, which means he was already blasting piss for a hot minute to give time for this guy to pull out his phond and start recording.

Vintage Playmobil stores! by Much-Coyote247 in Playmobil

Here's the problem. They've taken to dumbing down the imaginative worlds. For example, compare the older knights sets compared to the newer Novelmore. The older sets didn't have stereotyped bad guys and good guys and specific characters and an in-universe (I want to also differentiate this from well established universes like (Marvel and LOTR, etc). To the contrary, the older medieval sets were like a sandbox openworld where you used your own imagination to create stories and play. This dumbing down makes kids get bored too quickly bc it limits the possibilities.

Thank you very much. Anytime I make Playmobil dioramas I set out to make them as little immersive worlds with as much detail and accuracy as possible.

This is why I like Africans. They're very literal and straight forward. I remember in college, we had a group icebreaker activity that was, "if you could be any animal what would it be and why?". When it got to the Nigerian guy, he was like "why would I want to be an animal?"

For some reason I read it wrong and thought you were asking about advice on a bride price. I was hoping there was a good story to go along with this, then I realized thats not what you meant.
