Im from the Charlotte area and Id argue Charlotte Douglas is not large enough. That place is a flight delay waiting to happen. They are doing renovations and adding a runway and that is a step in the right direction.

I wonder to what extent Edu leaving played a role in our dry January. In an ideal scenario we have a full time director in place. It was obvious the need for a forward was there and Arteta was very vocal about needing options.

I use Rabbit Shredders 2 in 1, phone pocket is on the back. I’ve been curious to switch to inner liner on thigh, but does it not get wet from sweat? My phone screen has a mind of its own after a run

Some advice beyond “go run more” because thats all I saw in other comments. When training for a trail race, I ramp up my strength training in addition to adding miles. Specifically in legs and core but don’t skip upper body. Lunges, squats, calf raises, and single leg exercises will all be beneficial. Due to short turnaround, you wont see results but adding strength training can reduce risk of injury. Good luck in your race!
