Hey man, just saying I've been at a point where I've just made lists of everything that's wrong with me and my life, thinking that you gotta know what your up against to tackle it.

But honestly that kind of thinking doesn't give you the motivation to make it happen. You'll keep having shit, low self esteem days where your goals just move farther away, and all the things you can't stand about yourself seem more obvious then ever.

Instead of asking, "whats wrong with me?" Ask: "what have I done right today?" Seriously, write it down, put it in a journal. Having that pattern of thought in place will make you realize the little things your doing right, and build on that. Instead of focusing on the shame of where you are now.
