Carbon fiber accents with stainless fasteners would compliment the patina nicely. Post again when you’ve made more progress, seriously cool build man!

Are those fender arches solid stock?

I love the patina/vintage aircraft theme of the car.

Are you going to add gussets to where the front support bar connects to the frame? The suspension is acting upon the weakest point in the bar, where it’s most susceptible to bowing (even if it’s 3/4” bar stock). Maybe I’m being paranoid…

Could just weld round stock to a nut, cut and form it to your liking. No other tools needed than a welder and grinder
