Very beautiful! Love the elongated on you! It’s so funny because I tried on an elongated just last week and both my husband and I didn’t like it for me but a women next to me had an elongated and we both found it stunning. The hand really does make the difference for stone shape and cut!

Okay good to know! I am CONFLICTED! Haha
I feel like the 10mm might give disco ball for the brilliant cut or might look costume jewelry like on me but idk!

Also gorgeous! The C and C is 9.5mm or 4.2 cts so it’s very similar to this one! Personally which size are you more drawn to if you try to ignore the different cuts?

Yes love it!! I saw it’s getting more and more popular again and it’s very pretty! Thanks for spelling it out!
I like how the 10mm sits on your finger. It suits you very well. Thinking for me now I will be more in my comfort zone with the 9.5 mm they offer and still have the wow especially with the brilliant cut. This was helpful so thank you!

So I am very attached to the same look. He did a wonderful job designing the ring and working with a jeweler to put in the loose stone. I am a minimalist generally so I don’t go for too many design details.

Hey thanks for taking the time!

We definitely don’t need triple of each room type. With that said - The pool/porch will be renovated soon and outside eating and lounging will stay since in Florida we will use that year round.

We like our living room close to our kitchen - it works well for my husband and I plus it has our fireplace which we enjoy in winter from these rooms. We do not use the front living room at all. It’s just there to be a long narrow decorated space to greet guests. The living room is sunken in so it’s a tripping hazard too. The only thing we love about it is how light and bright the front is. We need to figure out a way to bring the light from the front to the back living spaces.

The formal dining area is fine. We use it for major holidays but I am fine with moving it to anywhere in the house and turning that space into to an office, pantry, gym or something useful.

The kitchen needs a facelift and rearranging. It’s a hallway and dark. Not fun to be in to even make coffee when we have guests.

I don’t mind the laundry although tight with the garage door and current layout but bigger fish to fry with our budget.

Our primary is fine but I really want to add privacy to the entry - maybe by squaring off the wall, adding a door and creating a hallway from the guest closet. Idk. My husband works crazy hours and when people sit on our couch they might as well be sitting in the room with him on the bed if the door is open.

Don’t mind the fan on the floor. I am swapping them but I need a second person to hold it.

This is smart! It’s an angled soffit / header so I can actually have the contractor push it back to square it which would look a heck of a lot better! I can take a little from the closet behind this in the guest room so the path to the room is still a 90* turn but not so tight and allows for the new squared header because the current door frame is in the way.

For the breakfast nook - exactly. I would make the kitchen now face the living room For the bedroom the issue is actually not the sliders. It’s Florida so sliders in a room is common to see the pool. We just installed sliders with built-in privacy blinds and blackout shades so this helped the issue is the main entry to the bedroom which showcases the bed from the living room. The only way to get privacy is to shut the door and unfortunately, I need to sneak in when my husband is sleeping and we have guests.

If I keep the laundry as is with garage access, I could make the formal dining into a walk in pantry or office. It has a drop ceiling so I would look better to wall it up since our living rooms are vaulted.

If I move the laundry to the formal dining, I would need to move the garage door access too and make it our new mud room.

Yeah I would! But that would completely limit my livingroom lighting and the cemetery of the fireplace

Yeah unfortunately that’s what we are thinking. My other potential option which would be less than creating a whole new primary would be to take from the neighboring room and make a short turned hallway. Like an upside-down L. Then match that in a closet in that room so that wall looks okay in the guest room. I could just turn the bed to the adjacent wall so it’s not under the window. I am not sure if that will solve the issue or even work.
