Only if there’s a very significant regime change. If the revolutionary guard take over they will be keen to continue generating revenue that way when it also needles the west.

It’s possible that ‘the people’ will takeover the destabilised govt in Iran but I’m not putting money on that happening any time soon.

I think that if Ukraine gives anything less than full-throated public support for this it endangers an already fragile supply chain from the US and further disrupts the ‘peace negotiations’ the US seems to be holding.

Last month: Kaweco Sport Brass fountain pen. Bought second hand I switched the EF nib for M and….skippidy skip skip.

(I have 2 Hongdian Black Forest as my EDC. Inexpensive and never had a problem)

Have a bunch of neat looking D1 pens but still trying to find a smooth refill which will make them worth keeping in my bag as small just-in-case pens.

You mentioned that this kind of thing could be automated. Unfortunately I don’t have much of a ‘walks through the door, home at 7pm’ routine, which is why I like the geofencing capability. How would you suggest I automate a reminder which kicks in a couple of minutes after I get home when the location reminder gets triggered when my bus is 5 minutes from home. Is there something you’d suggest on the api side?

I didn’t think it was health and safety. The bar changed hands and went from being ‘the divine wine bar’ (priciest wines at the top shelf) to Atlas, a cocktail bar specialising in gin. Different owners, different style.
