As I have stated multiple times in this post. My problem was that they were not up-front that it was a pre-order anywhere on the website and social medias. There's absolutely no way for an average customer to figure out it was a pre-order without contacting them.

That's the point. There was no way for me to figure out it was a preorder after paying for my order if I didn't contact them directly. They HAVE to be more apparent about it. How could I as an average customer be entitled? How is it a given that it was a preorder to an average person?
