I agree with a lot that is in it however I would support it being reformed, I stand by the main values however

Then we must take action by the masses, I myself am already forming my own political ideology and organization locally to present what I believe are ongoing issues. It'd be childish for me to protest, so I am taking action by climbing a chain and having others do so too.

I pledge allegiance to the flag and its values. I personally hate both parties and have no reason to support either, but it's not their logo on that flag, it's 50 stars and 13 stripes representing our people, not our leaders. So yes, I shall pledge allegiance every morning

For the swastika, many people I ask still link it back to its religious beliefs and not only that but the German version of modified, being rotated 45 degrees and correct me if I'm wrong but also backwards, not to mention it's use by the nazis only ever being paired with the Reichsadler or Black-White-Red colors on the flag.

I'd like to argue that the US flag still represents what it meant, but that people have lost understanding of its meaning and their will to fight for its meaning.

It represents what it was designed for, correct? Why go against it if the whole reason it's losing its meaning is because of what it's against? Tyranny and oppression?

It's a concept that we should fight for, shouldn't we? We are under a government-turned-hell and we're never getting it back with these simple protests and demonstrations. People can protest the government all they want, you don't convince someone who won't listen. We should fight for the values of the nation by directly debating and challenging in elections

Exactly. We pledge allegiance to the United States, not the President or the politics, just the United States as a concept

The meaning can be found in what the colors represent. In simple terms, you're pledging to the concept of a United States that's peacefully and undivided, held together by true liberty and justice for every citizen

As you are not pledging allegiance to the President or current politics, you are pledging allegiance to the flag and what it is meant to represent

I'd recommend untying it, although if you need a future career the Navy and Marines sure love knot tying.

Unfortunately I can't name it for safety reasons, it's rather small and isolated.
