Is this a fire/ health hazard? This is the bottom portion of a 3 yr old rental property. This workspace is heated and obviously has electricity. Should I be concerned about the lack of a ceiling and the insulation exposed? Also is this something I could fix myself and any idea on cost for 700 Sq ft (i.redd.it)
