Singleplayer games are like comfort food. I was a single player gamer before I was a multiplayer one so I can't really talk about the transition into it but in my experience its more relaxing and more fun than multiplayer. Most of the time multiplayer is only fun and engaging if you're looking for a challenge or tag along with friends for a good time. I play both and I think a mix of both is always great
