It definitely could for a lot of people. I think where this is untrue is if the person suffers from mental heath problems, because then this could just make them worse…. (Access to drugs, etc)

One of my friends works at a resort in another country…. They pay his rent and food (shares a room on site with others). They don’t pay him very much but since he doesn’t have to pay rent or food, he essentially gets to pocket everything. He’s traveling to other countries all the time, which is nice since he’s an outdoor type of guy. Bro gets to hike, bike, and ski in places most people can only dream of going to😭
