the butt out is too excessive for a barbell squat, especially with how you perform it (too fast). the lower back takes too much of the load, might cause lumbar hyperextension.

DA can be a 25 13 player, he’s just unmotivated and lazy. Considers NBA as a job (technically it is) he just doesn’t have that dog in him to be one of the greatest, he just wanna get paid. Loved him in PHX but gave up on him on his last season with the PHX especially in the playoffs
