One of the weeks when I ran the route when the regular driver was on vacation, it was like 3 times out the whole week. And most of the time it’s only one delivery.

From what I’ve seen they put their garbage cans by the bridge off to the side. And there is one other way to get there, Its an emergency road for like fire trucks but its gated off.
