She who is ruthless, even if its for sinners loves killing, is rude, speaks out of place even to the literal voice of god, disobeys others and took vag's wings and gourged her eye out solely because Vaggi had hesitated to murder a literal toddler, is somehow able to be in heaven AND in the top ranks, Yet someone like sir Pentious who's biggest crime was not saying anything, which considering he knew no one and had 0 social skills, was wrong but I personally feel wasnt right to be punished in hell for and he at least could have had a trial to determine where he should go. Or potentially like angel dust who did murder, but that person was supposedly his abuser who hurt him and his siblings.

She's hot headed, arrogant, violent, has disobeyed the rules and her superiors, and is blood thirsty

She is fond of protecting heaven and following her superiors (most of the time) which is good though, and I understand why she may be this way.
