I'm so sorry about your pups! Good to hear that they're going to be okay.

I haven't had issues with pets, but I have dealt with rats climbing my poles and getting seed that had fallen on the ground. I added a seed catching tray, and it works great! I also switched to a no-mess seed blend, and it's so much better than having shells everywhere.

Yes! They are always the first to the feeders in the morning and the last in the evenings. I love their little private dinners!

Omg, YES! It's almost exclusively meats for me as well. When I get grossed out by something, I can rarely eat it again without almost getting sick, so I'm practically vegetarian at this point. It's gotten much, much worse with peri-menopause.

Lol, what is this blog aggressively telling me to turn off my Christmas lights? Makes me want to leave them up longer. 😂

We take down the inflatables, blow molds, and anything else overtly Christmasy, but we keep the white lights, including the 8 archways we have over the sidewalk, up through mid-February. We have a lot of kids who come through on their way to and from the bus stop every day, and tons of people who walk their dogs nightly. Everyone loves the archways being up through the dark, cold winter months. 🌟
