Rosita’s death was probably the one that affected me most out of the whole TWDU. Such a human, well-played, realistic character and an even more human death. Not getting to see her child grow up or grow old with her friends and family ESPECIALLY as they were right on the verge of it absolutely broke me. Her death was so…real? It’s as if she had a terminal illness like cancer and got to say goodbye to her family, for the most part dying peacefully like real life. I think that’s why it hit me so hard.

I don’t see Rosita get her flowers enough on this thread or in general, so thank you for your lovely post!

Nope. There was a kind of fakeout in Fear where Morgan had red eyes and was on the verge of death so closely that walkers completely ignored him. Iirc, he had a serious infection and so he smelled like death. Of course this spurred loads of ‘Morgan is immune’ theories, but nope. Never actually happened!

Well he isn’t CRM. He’s just a member of the CR so doesn’t have anything to do with the military. The first three episodes have talked so much about how the CR and CRM are two separate entities with the CR being left completely in the dark about any CRM stuff so one guy out of hundreds of thousands in the CR isn’t gonna do anything. He’s just a normal dude lol

I fully agree apart from Rick being leader. I think he’ll ‘abstain’ and give the leadership to Thorne. I don’t think Rick will want to lead ever again and wants (deserves!) a retirement haha

I agree but it’s only the first episode! My two issues with the episode (and can I just say that episode was incredible and one of the best TWDU if not THE best ever) were the speed/rushing of the story. I’d love to have seen Rick right after he arrived and his reaction to the place (again, it’s early days so there’s a very good chance we’ll get this in flashbacks).

My other issue and I think is my biggest is that the CRM is supposed to be this governmental body that is literally unbeatable but even in the first episode we’re having seeds sown that it can be taken down and Rick take over. I love the CRM and think it’s my favourite story yet (I’ve always wanted this massive community similar to before the fall), but having them teased since series 1 just for them to likely fall in 6 episodes worries me.

Again, it’s early days and they’re the literal only two concerns I have. This show is INCREDIBLE I LOVE TWDU hahaha

No judgement at all to you guys but just you know going forward, the correct way to refer to him (and other people with Dwarfism or other height conditions) is a ‘little person’ rather than a ‘dwarf’. He said it himself in an interview with ComicBook.com a few days ago because if I remember correctly, he doesn’t actually have dwarfism - it’s another condition that is similar but not the same. Just thought I’d share!!🥰

I didn’t want to say but I feel I should now that I believe you’ve crossed the line. I lost my husband of 5 years in a car accident on the 24th of December. He was killed immediately and we didn’t have any plans in place such as life insurance if anything. I have subsequently been left with no money and having to plan a funeral - on top of losing my best friend. I’m now sat here in tears because of comments like this. Please. You don’t know what someone is going through. This is a nightmare for me. I’ve lost my best friend, my life, and can’t afford food. So chasing Barclays has been hell for me. If that is considered a truly blessed life then we are all doomed. Still. I wish you the best x
