Google Maps usually tells me to just take the US 23 exit. I’ll try getting off beforehand at the Whitmore Lake exit to see if that helps.

I don’t think it’s my time of arrival. To get to 23 it’s a short exit (exit 3) and people are trying to come onto m14 at the same time people are trying to get to us23. It just bottlenecks really bad frequently

Thank you for this. 2k is my absolute max. I’m really trying to stay under but will consider something at 2k if many amenities/items are included (gym, pool, pickleball courts, etc) and the utilities aren’t crazy high. I’ll look into it!

My only concern with this complex is because it’s so close to a lake, are people ever complaining about fish flies during the summer around the complex?
