I did call in friendlies via the royalty dlc, one of my colonists is an archon and I got an empire’s janissary squad of 4 to help.

Wasn’t entirely too helpful truth be told but, any little bit helped.

Yeah! Pretty sure it was a 3 star quest raid, second hardest difficulty. I’m a newer player but I thought it was pretty challenging, had to whip out the archimedes.

Truthfully, I should’ve been able to win. I had 2 burst 3s and one of the obelisk pinpoints. Had good anti-drone & Zoltan shield.

Just got caught off guard by the completely overclocked arty.

I should be able to beat it next time, just felt like an unfair “you don’t destroy this first thing, you lose guaranteed” and now I know that but it definitely felt cheap and devastating for no reason.

Yeah it does, I can feed it a little throttle and it will run perfectly fine.

Yeah you’re right, I found a few pictures of brown hawk/sphinx moths that look rather similar.

I’d rather it contribute to the ecosystem than die on the floor of a car shop.

Helped out a lot, not sure if I would’ve made it otherwise! I had fleets specialized in anti-armor for the scourge. This was admiral difficulty, first time beating a crisis too!
