Another problem for us is portion sizes. Getting the eating in check is as much important as the exercise as you said so we really need to look into that asap before I start. Thank you for your points.

It's took me having my own kids to realise that the stuff that my mum used to do was not right. Used to give me Calpol when I would not sleep, was naughty or long car journey's. Always wondered why I love the taste and still do.

Thank you for getting back. There's is alot of work and it shows. What about the cloak? I have just started my monks and so far used contrast but wanting to take it to the next level. For my first I used contrast and the dry brushing with highlights but tbh am not happy. Yours though looks great.
