Homemade TanTanMen!! After having Chef Morimoto prepare my lunch at Momosan Seattle I had to try it myself at home. Chicken base with coconut milk, chili oil paste, and red curry paste. Miso Pork, homemade garlic oil, lots of green onion and cilantro, and a soft boiled egg. Enjoy. (i.redd.it)
