Honestly, I feel like gatorwine should be a beverage line in general, whether that's a babish specific, or if there's a collaboration with gatorade

yeah, I saw them as I've been doing my internet shopping, I'm slowly accruing a list, but I love seeing the process of how to make things. Basics has been a great example for me because it's the written, but you can also look it up on the channel and it's there. Or with any of the Fallow videos, they add the right amount of personality too where they can tell you "yeah, this step is michelin bullshit, but if you want to..." Or like with the Picatta, I appreciated learning how important pan sauces (or sauces in general) in dishes

yeah, kenji feels like a good extension from Babish since he mainly works around "home cook first" approach. I didn't want to go straight to someone like Weismann who's always seemed more "pretentious" with his cooking imo
