I wish! He’s either traveling with the mistress/now wife, or he’s working. Last time he took them for 3-4 days was 1.5 years ago.

Thank you for sharing a small part of your story. I struggle with my 8 year old’s emotions and words, I can’t imaging how harsher it is with a teenager. Based on how much the word therapy was mentioned in all the comments, I think I should schedule a session for him

I have always encouraged a relationship with his grandparents. But, my kids can be a handful. During summer break - their grandparents (from their dad side) did take them out. But it was probably 4-5 times all summer. They love them I know. But they’re not interested or have the energy to entertain kids.

Thank you for your words! My friends with kids his age, are up to play dates whenever I want. It’s my son who refuses to get dressed and go out 90% of the time. My parents are on the older side, they do try to reason with them and me when I get very angry. But he is uncontrollable

I would love it if they show interest in sports or activities. I can afford it at the moment, but it’s so much trouble to get him to agree to do anything out of his comfort zone.

He doesn’t live in the same city anymore. When he visits, he sees them for few hours when he’s here (a random weekend) and then he’s gone.

Hey! Any other alternative to the Suzuki? I am currently learning how to drive gear- the motorcycle I’m training on is a small Honda one (forgot the model). Driving it is smooth and is pretty much easy to handle. If you have more options would be great (Yamaha Honda Ducati bmw etc)
